Dubrovnik Restaurant offers authentic European Mediterranean dishes, using the traditional recipes from Spain,France,Greece,Italy and Croatia.Dubrovnik is a city of great historical and cultural value.In the past it was the centre of Mediterranean trade and heritage.Looking back at the history of the food consumed in Dubrovnik area, centuries ago,there was a lot of focus on healthy food,using organic vegetables and fresh seafood. Through our authentic dishes and exquisite ambiance we are providing a very unique European cultural experience. Being one of the only Crotian restaurant in Malaysia, if not entire Southeast Asia, it is definitely very different from the typical Western restaurants.Culinary multiculturalism has been practiced in Dubrovnik for centuries,from the popular cuisine prepared over an open fire or on a grill to the most luxurious dishes.In our restaurant, we pay a lot of attention to food preparation and choosing most fresh products.We combine rustic,home-made dishes with the modern cuisine accomplishments. All the recipes used are from the Head Chef who is Crotian(Zoran Djumic), but has gotten to know the Malaysian market well since moving to Malaysia 12 years ago. The Executive Chef is French(Stephane Alexandre) and his expertise in pastry shows in the mouth watering desserts which complete our menu.
