Japanese food are very interesting. The variety — raw, fried, grilled, cooked, and all the lively colours are too good to resist. Here’s sharing some of the buffet food.

Here’s sharing some of the buffet food from Fu-Rin – the beautiful Japanese restaurant with a beautifully landscaped Zen garden in Holiday Inn, Subang. I was there with some of my family members and I tell you, I had fun eating a little bit of everything…

At the restaurant entrance, you will also find a selection of sake, or Japanese wines
to complement your dining experience here as well. Sake, anyone??

Raw salmon prepared with some italian touch. To tell you the truth, I don’t really like those salmon that was served at Sushi Kings and all those fast food Sushi restaurants cause I feel that the fish ain’t fresh enough. But This plate of raw fish, I can tell you this, the one plate we ordered isn’t enough for both of us!

Wagyu Beef or Kobe Beef, your choice. The beef do taste different compared to those you get in other places. All those massaging and alcohol DO give the cows better meat! How long it takes for you to cook the beef is also up to you, so you can choose to have some as rare, medium raw or cooked.

Valentine’s Day Dinner
Guess where I took MiSsMyNx for Valentine’s Day Dinner? Where you able to guess? It’s written all over my previous food post!

Anyway, since no one answers me (how could you right? You’re reading my blog, not chatting with me…). The answer’s Ninja Jones @ Northpoint.

Making an early reservation was a good thing as there were practically crowd lining up waiting for their seats at the entrance from 7.30pm onwards… Now, the best bit I overheard from the manager was that, by 8.30pm, those without reservation, they have to be turned away. There just isn’t enough space to accomodate walk in customers for that day. Inside my heart was like, phew, Thank God I made reservations for us.
